*️Update Your HidenCloud Account Details

At HidenCloud, the Billing Portal and the Game Panel accounts are independent. This means that if you change your password in the Billing Portal, you must also update the password in the Game Panel (unless you prefer to keep different passwords).


Updating Email Adress

To update the email associated with your HidenCloud account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the HidenCloud portal and select [Account Settings].

  2. Scroll down to [Update Email Address].

  3. Enter your current password in [Current Password] and provide your new email in the [New Email Address] field.


Updating Password in the Billing Portal

To change your password for the Billing Portal:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the HidenCloud portal and select [Account Settings].

  2. Scroll down to [Update Password].

  3. Enter your current password in [Current Password], and fill in the [New Password] and [Confirm Password] fields.
