# Errors

**Errors:**

1\. “There was an exception while attempting to communicate with the daemon.”

2\. “We’re having some trouble connecting to your server, please wait…”

3\. “You do not have permission to access the websocket for this server.” (If you continue to see this error after five minutes, your server may be bugged, please contact support.)

{% hint style="info" %}
First you can try to solve the error yourself, trying to reinstall the server from Settings -> Advanced -> Reinstall (for minecraft select the version, for the rest, click on reinstall).

\*It is recommended to make a backup, to do this select all the files, then click on compress and then download the .tar.gz file
{% endhint %}

**Explanation:**

These three errors all indicate the same issue: you cannot control the server from the panel at this moment. This typically occurs when the node is oversaturated. To prevent further saturation, control of the server from the panel is blocked.

Despite these errors, you can still use SFTP, and if the server was online, it will continue running normally. We recommend reloading the page later and trying again until the error disappears. If the error persists for a long time, please contact support.
