Welcome to Hidencloud! Thank you for choosing our hosting platform for your web hosting needs. In this documentation, we will provide detailed information about our free service, known as the "Free Tier." Please read the terms and conditions of the free tier HERE

1. Free Service and Liability

Hidencloud's Free Tier is a completely free service for our users. This means no payment is required to access it. However, it's essential to note that this service is provided "as is," and Hidencloud is not responsible for its misuse. Users are solely responsible for any actions they take on the Free Tier.

2. 24/7 Availability

Hidencloud's Free Tier service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There are no limitations on its availability. You can use it at any time to host your applications, websites, or other projects, there are no user limitations or anything like that, just hardware.

3. Weekly Renewal

To keep your Free Tier service active, it's necessary to renew it every 7 days (one week) from the Hidencloud Dashboard. The renewal process is straightforward and entirely free. Here are some important details about the renewal process:
  • The service will be automatically suspended after 7 days.
  • Once suspended, if not renewed in less than five days, the server will be terminated (deleted) and the action cannot be undone.
  • Renewal is done from your Hidencloud Dashboard by following the instructions provided in the corresponding section.

4. How to Renew Free Tier Service

To renew your Free Tier service, follow these steps:
  1. 1.
    Log in to your Hidencloud account from our website.
  2. 2.
    Access your Hidencloud Dashboard.
  3. 3.
    Filter services by "suspended".
  4. 4.
    Follow the provided instructions to complete the renewal process (Click the "Renew" button).
Please remember that renewal must be performed before the 7-day period expires to avoid server suspension or termination.

5. Important Information

The Hidencloud system offers a feature where users can take advantage of multiple free services simultaneously, including options like "MC: BUDGET FREE", "NODE: BUDGET FREE." and "PYTHON: BUDGET FREE". To manage resource allocation and ensure fair access for all users, the system implements a rule that limits the number of free services a user can run at the same time. This limit is set to allow only one (1) free service per user at any given moment.
To enforce this limit, the Hidencloud system conducts automatic checks every random minutes. During these checks, if it's found that a user is running more than the allowed number of free services (which is one), The system will automatically terminate the first recently activated services to comply with the single free service policy. The number of services terminated could be either the first one or two that were requested, depending on how many services exceed the limit.
Example: If you request the MC: BUDGET FREE service and then the PYTHON: BUDGET FREE, the system will automatically terminate the MC: BUDGET FREE service since it was the first one created. The last one created is always left active.
This automated mechanism is designed to ensure that the free tier of services remains available and enjoyable for every user by preventing any single user from monopolizing these resources. It's a way to balance the demand for free services with the available supply, ensuring fair access for the community of users.
If you encounter the following error: ERROR! The package has reached its global or per-user limit, on the Free Tier, it indicates the following reasons:

    The package has reached its global limit: This means that it is temporarily out of stock, and no more instances can be requested at this time.
  2. 2.
    The user has reached the limit of 1 package/service per user on the Free Tier: This implies that you have already requested a server on the Free Tier and cannot request another one.
If you see this error and your Free Tier service is in a TERMINATED state (More about order states HERE), you simply need to wait less than 24 hours before you can request it again. Orders in a TERMINATED state are automatically removed every day, so once your order is deleted, you will be able to make a new request.
