Changing Your Server's Location
At HidenCloud, we understand the importance of flexibility. That's why we offer the option to relocate your server to another location when needed. Our team handles these requests manually, typically completing the process within 12 hours of the request.
Considerations Before Proceeding
Location Availability: Servers can only be relocated if the selected location is available.
IP Address and Port Change: When changing locations, your server's IP address and port will change. This change is irreversible.
Backups Not Migrated: Existing backups will not be transferred to the new location. Be sure to download and save your data before proceeding.
Steps to Request a Relocation
For Free Servers
Access the [Control Panel].
Select the free server.
Click [Cancel].
Wait for the service to be fully canceled, then request a new server, selecting a different location.
For Paid Servers
Submit a support ticket via Discord or the ticket system in the control panel.
Include the following details in the ticket:
Server UUID.
Associated email.
New location.
Wait for the ticket approval and enjoy improved ping in the new location.
